The North Face Endurance Challenge Series is a trail race series in six locations across North America. With events in New York, Washington D.C., Ontario Canada, Wisconsin, Utah, and California, they feature several types of races including a 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, Marathon Relay, Marathon, 50K and 50M.

The Problem

With thousands of runners in all 6 of The North Face Endurance Challenge’s races, they were looking for a way to get feedback from their runners on-site at each event.

The Solution

With the help of the Boast mobile app, The North Face Endurance Challenge collected testimonials from runners about their training goals for their next event at The North Face Mountain Athletics tent. Not only did this strategy help them foster a better relationship with those who participated, but it also helped them kickstart sales for next year.
