The North Face Endurance Challenge Series is a trail race series in six locations across North America. With events in New York, Washington D.C., Ontario Canada, Wisconsin, Utah, and California, they feature several types of races including a 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, Marathon Relay, Marathon, 50K and 50M.
With thousands of runners in all 6 of The North Face Endurance Challenge’s races, they were looking for a way to get feedback from their runners on-site at each event.

Not only did this strategy help them foster a better relationship with those who participated, but it also helped them kickstart sales for next year.
