Get More Reviews on Google, Display Your Feedback Without a Website, and Easily Duplicate Forms with New Features Available Now

It may be summer, but we’re still hard at work bringing you new and improved features. We’ve been implementing changes both big and small across the platform; here are some of the exciting new things you can do with Boast.

Get More Reviews on Google, Yelp, and More with Review Links

Last month we introduced review links for form thank you messages, and they’re now available in form auto-responder emails and sequence messages, too!

Review links can be used to hook up your social media or other review websites, such as Google, Facebook, or Yelp, to the testimonial collection process. After submitting a Boast review, you can easily and automatically ask your customers for a review on those other websites.

Display Your Feedback, Even if You Don’t Have a Website

No website? No problem! Boast now offers hosted landing pages which you can use to display your feedback. Simply create a widget and choose “Direct Link / Hosted Page URL”.

This is a great option for businesses and individuals who don’t have a website, or if you are using Boast for non-testimonial purposes, such as collecting videos from family and friends for a birthday or retirement.

Easily Duplicate Existing Forms

With a click of a button, you can now create an exact duplicate of a form you already have in your Boast account. This highly requested feature will allow you to create many similar forms, changing only what you need to. Essentially, this allows you to create your own form templates! If you often find yourself rebuilding very similar forms, this feature is for you.

Even More Small Updates and Improvements

Besides the larger features listed above, we’ve also launched a number of small fixes and improvements, including but not limited to:

Sequence messages can now be sent with a delay of up to 45 days.
Additional information displayed on the main Contact page
When sharing a single response, videos will now autoplay
Photo field improvements
