Inspired by the modern sharing economy, Sedera centers on Member-to-Member sharing, basically people helping people. Sedera Medical Cost Sharing Members support one another’s financial and physical health by sharing burdensome medical expenses.

The Problem

Sedera is a medical cost sharing community that focuses on people helping people. Though this model has been used for many years, it’s a relatively new concept to most people. Member testimonials offered a way to build social proof and demonstrate the power of the platform. Though members had many positive experiences using Sedera, administrators were struggling to gather impactful video testimonials.

“[Medical cost sharing] is a tried and true product, but it sounds new and different for a lot of people who first hear about it. So testimonials are very important to us.”

The Solution

After trying a number of other strategies and platforms, Sedera administrators did not see many video testimonials come in. Using Boast’s easy-to-use, intuitive platform, they were able to gather 40 videos in just a few weeks. They were able to then utilize these testimonials on their website, social media and marketing materials to demonstrate the platform’s success with prospective customers.

“Boast has been a game-changer for collecting testimonial videos. We struggled to connect with our Members and hear their feedback. With Boast, we received 40 videos within just a few weeks, and they’re still coming in!”
