You can create contacts and enroll contacts in Boast sequences from almost any system using Zapier. The majority of popular software systems support Zapier integration which makes it easy to connect different systems together and allow them to copy and share information.
In this video Ryan walks through an example using Freshbooks and how to use the Zapier integration. After setting up Zapier when a new client is added to Freshbooks the client is added to Boast as a contact and enrolled in a sequence that automatically sends feedback request emails.
