How do I cancel my account?
To cancel your Boast subscription:
- Navigate to Settings > Subscriptions.
- Click "Want to Cancel?"
- Provide a reason for canceling and click "Continue with cancellation".
- Check the box to confirm that you wish to cancel and click the "Cancel My Subscription" button.
This will cancel your account at the end of your current billing cycle. (Keep in mind: If you've opted for an annual plan, your billing cycle will expire a year from the date of sign up.)
We’re sorry to see you go!
You also have the option to keep your data on a read-only plan for $10/month.
This is a great option if you want to take a short break from Boast and run another campaign in the future.
You can still use all of your display widgets and keep your responses, videos, contacts, etc in Boast but you cannot collect new responses or run sequences.
